About TallView AI
Why I built TallView.
I've spent years watching small business owners lose customers to the same thing — not bad products, not bad service, just work they couldn't get to in time. Missed calls. Late callbacks. Quotes that went cold. The phone ringing at 7 PM when nobody was around to answer it.
For a while, the only fix was "hire someone." But hiring is expensive, training takes months, and most front-desk turnover happens inside the first year. The math never worked for the small businesses that needed it most.
AI changed that math. Not "chatbot" AI — the kind that frustrates everyone who calls. The new kind: real voices, real conversations, the kind of assistant that picks up in one ring and actually solves the problem. The technology is finally good enough to do the work.
TallView is what happens when you take that technology and put real people behind it. We build the team. We run the team. You don't write a prompt. You don't learn a new tool. You meet your new teammate, and they get to work.
Who I am
I'm JJ, founder of TallView AI, based in Delaware. I'm a licensed Delaware real estate agent, which is part of why we lean into real estate as a vertical — I've sat on the other side of every "Why didn't they call me back?" moment, and I know what that lost lead is worth.
I started TallView to be the partner small business owners call when they're ready to stop losing customers to the work piling up. Not a vendor. Not a software company. A partner.
What we believe
Built around your business, not a template.
Every teammate is custom-tuned — your scripts, your voice, your edge cases. Templates are where we start. They're never where we finish.
Month to month.
No long contracts. If a teammate isn't pulling its weight, we fix it or retire it.
You stay the manager.
We handle everything underneath. You see the work, approve the direction, and get your time back.
What's next
Right now we're focused on real estate, home services, and medical practices across the mid-Atlantic. We're building toward a legal-specific track later this year.
If you've been thinking about hiring help and the math hasn't worked — let's talk. The call is 30 minutes. No pitch deck.
