1. Program Description

When you opt in, we may send you SMS text messages relating to the use cases you consented to, which may include:

• Appointment, call, and booking reminders and confirmations.
• Account and service notifications, and responses to inquiries you send us.
• Conversational replies from our AI teammates to questions you ask.

Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan. TallView AI does not charge for the messages themselves; any charges come from your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP (other recognized keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and OPTOUT). After you send one of these keywords, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. You will receive a reply substantially as follows:

7. Opting Back In (START)

If you previously opted out and would like to resume messages, you can text START (or UNSTOP). You will receive a reply substantially as follows:

8. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change over time.

9. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with subcontractors that support the messaging service (such as our messaging platform provider and telecom carriers), and only for that purpose.
